Cards Against Inanity was inspired by The Art of Game Design by Jesse Schell, founder of Schell Games.

Cards Against Inanity™ is not related in any way to Cards Against Humanity®. They are against humanity and we are all for it. Their game is inane and we’re against inanity. Nobody in their right mind could possibly confuse us with them.

They’ll probably sue us anyway.
